Korean Style Beef Cubes Recipe
Ingredients
| Soy sauce | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ginger | 3 Tablespoon, sliced | |
| Garlic | 4 Clove (5gm), sliced | |
| Sugar | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Tops of 3 green onions, sliced | ||
| 4 small hot red chilies, seeded and crushed | ||
| 1 1/2 pounds boneless beef sirloin or high quality top round, cut in 3/4-inch cubes | ||
| Salad oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 tablespoon chopped black sesame seed, toasted, or standard sesame seed, toasted | ||
Directions
To make the marinade for the beef, combine 1/4 cup soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sugar, onions and chilies.
About 30 minutes before serving, stir beef cubes into the marinade; let stand for 30 minutes, stirring once or twice.
