Korean Style Beef Cubes Recipe
Ingredients
1/3 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons fresh ginger, sliced
4 cloves garlic, sliced (about 3 teaspoons)
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
Tops of 3 green onions, sliced
4 small hot red chilies, seeded and crushed
1 1/2 pounds boneless beef sirloin or high quality top round, cut in 3/4-inch cubes
2 tablespoons salad oil
1 tablespoon chopped black sesame seed, toasted, or standard sesame seed, toasted
Directions
To make the marinade for the beef, combine 1/4 cup soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sugar, onions and chilies.
About 30 minutes before serving, stir beef cubes into the marinade; let stand for 30 minutes, stirring once or twice.
