Korean-style Beef and Vegetable Rolls in Teriyaki Sauce Recipe Video

Directions
GETTING READY
1. Defrost green beans.
2. Boil Konjac strips for a few seconds to skim the scum.
3. Place potato and carrot strips on a microwavable dish, cover, and cook in the microwave for 3 minutes (500w).
4. Season green beans, carrots and potato with soy sauce and mirin.
5. Mix sake, mirin, sugar, ketchup, soy sauce and Gochujang well.
MAKING
6. Place the slices of beef so that the length of it is running flat and vertically towards you. Sprinkle a bit of salt and cracked black pepper, sprinkle starch (onto one side) and place the seasoned vegetable strips on the end of the beef close to you and start rolling.
7. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, place the rolls seam side down, cover, and steam on low heat for about 5 minutes.
8. Then flip the rolls so that all sides are cooked equally.
9. Add the prepared sauce and cook on high heat until thick and glossy.
SERVING
10 Serve the vegetable stuffed beef rolls with the teriyaki sauce from the pan, spooned on top.
