Ingredients

 Soy sauce1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salad oil1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Garlic1/2 Clove (5gm), crushed
 Green onions3 , thinly sliced
 Sesame seed1 Tablespoon
 Peppercorns1/2 Teaspoon, crushed
 Sugar2 Teaspoon
 Monosodium glutamate1 Teaspoon
 3 pounds boneless tender steak, 1 inch thick

Directions

Mix all ingredients except steak.
Marinate steak in mixture for 3 to 4 hours.
Remove steak and broil, 6 to 8 inches above charcoal heated to turn gray, to desired doneness.
