Korean Spinach Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Unhulled sesame seeds | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Tamari soy sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Pinch of cayenne | ||
| 1 lb. fresh spinach, washed, drained and coarsely chopped | ||
| 4 stalks celery, sliced on the diagonal, 1/2 inch wide | ||
| 4 green onions, including tops, thinly sliced | ||
Directions
Combine first five ingredients in a large salad bowl.
Add spinach, celery and green onions and toss well.
Refrigerate for 1 1/4 hours before serving.
