Ingredients

 Unhulled sesame seeds1 Tablespoon
 Oil2 Tablespoon
 Tamari soy sauce1 Tablespoon
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), minced
 Pinch of cayenne
 1 lb. fresh spinach, washed, drained and coarsely chopped
 4 stalks celery, sliced on the diagonal, 1/2 inch wide
 4 green onions, including tops, thinly sliced

Directions

Combine first five ingredients in a large salad bowl.
Add spinach, celery and green onions and toss well.
Refrigerate for 1 1/4 hours before serving.
