Korean Spinach and Clam Soup Recipe Video
Ingredients
Clams- ½ cup
Spinach – 1 bunch, sliced into 3 parts
Korean soy bean paste – 3 tablespoons
Korean red pepper paste – 1 teaspoon
Garlic – 1 teaspoon, minced
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Dried anchovies – 5, remove intestine
Kelp – 4 leaves
Water – 8 cups
Directions
MAKING
1) Take water in a bowl and soak anchovies and kelp and boil for 10 minutes.
2) Remove kelp and anchovies and add Korean soy bean paste to water.
3) Add red pepper paste and garlic and mix.
4) Now, add clams and spinach, salt and boil for 10-15 minutes.
SERVING
5) Serve spinach and clam soup hot.
