Directions
1. Take a bowl and break one egg into it. Add 1 pinch of salt to it and mix well.
2. In a plate, put the flour and dip all the sausage pieces in the flour such that they are fully covered with the flour. Then, dip the flour covered sausages into the egg mixture.
3. Heat oil in a pan and place the sausages and fry them in medium or medium high heat. When both sides of the sausages are golden brown in color, it is done.
SERVING
4. Serve warm with a dipping sauce or in a hot soup.
