Editors Review

There are many things that the Koreans learn from the Americans, one of them was how to make sausage! Fish sausage was big hit and was used in many Korean dishes like Jeon or savory pancakes. Watch this video to learn a rather unique combination of ingredients and flavors. Ask a Korean what his mother gave him in his lunch box and “jeon” will definitely be on the list. This is indeed a really easy appetizer idea using fish sausage!
