Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a pot of boiling water boil an egg. Once done remove the egg and cook soba noodles in the same pot of boiling water. Once cooked, drain them and rinse in cold water.

MAKING
2. In a mixing bowl add the soy sauce, sesame oil, followed by the honey, the chili paste and the toasted sesame seeds. Whisk it all together well.
3. Add the cold soba noodles into the mixing bowl and coat it well all over with the spicy sauce.

FINALIZING
4. Into a serving bowl, put the soba noodles, topped with the sliced apples followed by the julienned cucumber. Finish it off by placing the halved hard boiled egg over the top. Garnish by sprinkling the toasted sesame seeds.

SERVING
5. Serve ice cold.
