Korean Beef Bulgogi Recipe

Beef Bulgogi, is marinated beef and is believed to be the national dish of Korea. Beef Bulgogi is a fantastic example of how meat extracts its flavors from the marinade and how a marinade can be converted into a sauce, adding character to the dish. A wonderful combination of flavors is what Beef bulgogi is.
