Directions

In a medium sized bowl marinate the beef with orange juice, gin, oyster sauce, brown sugar and half tablespoon of minced garlic.

After marinated, prepare the wok, heat the sesame oil and saute the garlic until golden brown, add the marinated beef, the ground mixed pepper, the sesame seeds and simmer until sauce reduces. Set aside the meat in the wok, add the shredded carrots, the soybeans sprouts, one tablespoon of oyster sauce and keep stirring for 1min. In a serving plate, place the vegetables in a round shape and top with the beef, sprinkle some sliced green onions for garnishing and serve.
