Korean Barbecued Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

 
6 chicken breasts split
 
1/2 cup iemon juice
 
1/4 cup water
 
3 tablespoons soy sauce
 
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
 
1 teaspoon garlic salt

Directions

1. Marinate chicken breasts in sauce made by combining all other ingredients. After several hours, remove chicken from marinade; reserve marinade.
2. Barbecue chicken about 30 minutes, or until tender, on the hibachi or under your broiler; baste frequently with marinade.
