Directions

Medium heat the skillet.
Add ground beef to the skillet.
Cook beef until brown.
Add thyme, basil, parsley, instant onion soup mix, worcestershire sauce, hot water, and rotini to the skillet.
Stir, bring them to boil for 2 minutes.
Lower heat, cover the skillet.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Uncover skillet.
Add sauce thickener and sour cream.
Stir, set the skillet aside.
Serve.
