Cheezy Cristo Sandwich Recipe Video
Kook Cristo sandwich is so cheesy. I love ham in my sandwich. This sandich has been toasted in a pan not in an oven, which makes it more crispy. Enjoy!!
Ingredients
1 egg
sugar
oregano
parsley
parmesan cheese
milk
2 bread slices
2 mozzarella cheese slices
1 ham slice
butter
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine egg, sugar, dash of oregano, parsley, parmesan cheese, and milk.
Mix them well.
Place 2 bread slices on a plate.
Arrange mozzarella cheese over a bread slice, then ham slice, and mozzarella cheese.
Put another bread slice on top.
Cover in egg mix.
Medium heat the skillet.
Add butter to the skillet.
Grill both sides until toasty and cheese is melt.
Slice in half, serve.
