Ingredients

 Prawns2 Cup (16 tbs), deveined
 Gram flour1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Onion1 Large, finley chopped
 Green chillies6 , finely chopped
 Coriander1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Mint2 Tablespoon, finley chopped
 Red chilli powder2 Teaspoon
 Turmeric powder1 Teaspoon
 1 teaspoon Parsi dhansakh masala
 1 pinch cooking soda
 2 sour limes juice only
 1 tablespoon sugar, salt oil

Directions

1. Mash the prawns with a sharp knife, apply salt and place in a thali. Add all the ingredients and salt to taste and mix well with half a cup of water. Make a nice soft dough and roll into little balls with wet hands. If mixture is too tight add a little more water.
2. Place oil in a kadhai and when hot drop in 10 to 15 balls at a time. Fry till red and drain in a colander.
3. Serve with green coconut or tamarind chutney.
