Ingredients

 Oil4 Tablespoon
 Onion1 Medium, chopped
 Coconut1 Small, grated
 Turmeric powder1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Cayenne pepper powder1 Teaspoon
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Prawns350 Kilogram, peeled and deveined
 Water1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Tamarind pulp1 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING
1)In a kadhai heat oil add chopped onion, sauté for 10 minutes then add grated coconut.
2)Mix turmeric powder,cayenne pepper,tamarind pulp,water and salt.
3)Add prawns and stir for 15 minutes.

SERVING
4)Serve the curry with steamed rice.

TIP
If you want red color to your dish sprinkle some Kashmiri chilly powder.
