Malvani Prawns Curry Recipe
For sea-food lovers,be it spicy or non-spicy any prawns preparation tingles our taste buds.Malvani food is very famous in Maharashtrian cuisine.A combination of fresh prawns with coconut and tamarind pulp makes this dish amazing!

Ingredients
| Oil | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 Medium, chopped | |
| Coconut | 1 Small, grated | |
| Turmeric powder | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Cayenne pepper powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Prawns | 350 Kilogram, peeled and deveined | |
| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tamarind pulp | 1 Tablespoon |
Directions
MAKING
1)In a kadhai heat oil add chopped onion, sauté for 10 minutes then add grated coconut.
2)Mix turmeric powder,cayenne pepper,tamarind pulp,water and salt.
3)Add prawns and stir for 15 minutes.
SERVING
4)Serve the curry with steamed rice.
TIP
If you want red color to your dish sprinkle some Kashmiri chilly powder.
