Ingredients
| Puffed rice | 1 Cup (16 tbs), soaked | |
| Tamarind juice | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Shredded coconut | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 4-5 green chillies cut into pieces. | ||
| 1 tsp cumin seeds for tempering | ||
| Pinch of asafoetida | ||
| Chopped cilantro | ||
| 2 tbsp ghee/clarified butter/oil | ||
| Small piece of jaggery (about size of lemon) | ||

Directions
Mix jaggery in tamarind juice till it gets fully dissolved in it. Add this tamarind juice and
coconut milk to socked puffed rice. Add salt to taste and keep aside. Heat the oil/ghee and add cumin seeds (till turn golden brown),chillies and asephotida to the heated oil. Add this mixture over socked puffed rice mixture and mix well. If the mixture turn out be dry and thick till you make tampering, add little more 3-4 tbsp warm water. Add cilantro on top and its is ready for sweet and sour snack.
