Koki Recipe Video
Koki is a breakfast recipe from Sindhi cuisine.
Ingredients
1 medium size onion
Green Chilli minced
Fresh Coriander minced
Ginger minced
Wheat flour
Water
Cooking oil spray
Directions
Add salt to chopped onion, ginger, green chilli and fresh coriander mix.
Add some oil to the mixture. Mix them all well.
Add wheat flour and knead to form a hard dough.
Make a large ball with the dough and roll out to form a medium round shape.
Heat oil in a pan and spray some cooking oil.
Place the Koki on the pan and pierece it all around with a knife.
Cook on low flame.
Spray cooking oil once more and flip the Koki.
Spray oil again and press with a steel spatula.
Cook on both sides evenly until its done.
Koki is ready to serve.
