Kohlrabi and Carrots Recipe
Ingredients
| Kohlrabi | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Carrots | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Whole Wheat White Sauce or yogurt – as needed | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. In a saucepan, put together kohlrabi and carrots.
2. Add enough water to cover and bring it to a boil.
3. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 15 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
SERVING
4. Toss with a little yogurt or serve along with Whole Wheat White Sauce.
