Mutton Kofta Recipe
Ingredients
250 gms. minced mutton
Coriander leaves
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 onion, chopped
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 green chilli, chopped
1/4 teaspoon caraway seed and cardamom powder
4 garlic cloves
1/4 ginger
1/4 teaspoon chilli powder
1 tablespoon fenugreek leaves, chopped
Salt
10 tablespoons ghee
Directions
Grind the mince twice.
Add cumin seeds, onion, chilli, garlic, ginger, coriander leaves and fenugreek, and grind for a third time.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Shape into round balls or koftas.
Heat the ghee in a shallow frying pan and fry the koftas.
