Kofta Meat Balls Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground lamb | 2 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
| 2.5 ml / 1/2 tsp garam masala | ||
| 2.5 ml / 1/2 tsp ground ginger | ||
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| 2.5 ml / 1/2 tsp ground cumin | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| 15 ml / 1 tbsp vegetable oil | ||
Directions
Mix together all the ingredients except the oil and roll into small balls.
Meanwhile, preheat a browning dish to maximum as recommended by the manufacturer. Add the oil 30 seconds before the end of this time.
Quickly add the meatballs and cook for 5 minutes, turning once during the cooking time.
