 Potatoes3 Medium
 Bacon Slices4 , diced
 Onion1 Small, diced
 Flour1 Tablespoon
 Sugar1 Tablespoon
 Dry mustard1 Teaspoon
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Water1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Vinegar1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Celery seeds1 1 Teaspoon
 Knockwurst4
 Parsley1 Tablespoon, finely chopped

Directions

MAKING
1. In a plastic bag, place the potatoes with cut side down.
2. Leave the bag open.
3. Cook on High for 10 minutes until tender.
4. Remove skins and slice.
5. In 4-cup measure, cook bacon and onion on High for 4 to 5 minutes.
6. Add flour, sugar, mustard, salt and pepper; mix well.
7. Stir in water, vinegar and celery seeds.
8. Cook on High another 4 minutes; stir once.
9. Set aside.
10. In a plastic bag, make several cuts, place knockwurst
11. Place bag on paper plate.
12. Cook on High for 1-1/2 minutes.
13. Cut each knockwurst into 6 pieces.

SERVING
14. In a shallow bowl, arrange knockwurst pieces and cooked potatoes.
15. Pour hot sauce.
16. Toss to coat evenly.
17. Garnish with chopped parsley.
