 Egg yolks3
 Sugar3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Dry white wine1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Orange liqueur1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Kiwis10 Medium

Directions

In the top of a double boiler, beat together whole egg, egg yolks, sugar, wine and liqueur.
Place over simmering water and beat constantly until mixture is thick and fluffy.
Remove the top of double boiler to a bowl of ice water; beat constantly until sauce is cold.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Peel the kiwis and slice crosswise.
Serve topped with sauce.
