Kiwi Fruit Salad Recipe
Ingredients
8 kiwi fruit
4 plump green grapes
8 plump black grapes
2 tablespoons dry white wine
2 tablespoons unsweetened orange juice
Directions
1. Peel the kiwi fruit and cut into thin slices; arrange these, overlapping, around the edges of 4 small plates.
2. Skin the green grapes and halve the black ones.
3. Arrange the black grapes in the centre of each plate-place a whole green grape in the centre of this.
4. Spoon the wine and the orange juice over and chill for 1 hour.
