Kiwi Fruit & Orange Cheese Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| Unflavored gelatin | 1 | |
| Neufchatel cheese | 2 Large | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 3/4 cup nonfat milk | ||
| Graham cracker crust | ||
| Kiwi fruit | 2 Large, thinly sliced | |
| Orange | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
In a 1- to 1 1/2-quart pan, sprinkle gelatin over 1/4 cup water.
Let stand to soften, about 3 minutes; stir over low heat until dissolved.
In a large bowl, beat cheese, sugar, and vanilla with a mixer until blended.
Gradually add gelatin mixture and milk, beating until smooth.
Pour into crust.
Chill until filling is set just enough to support a topping, 20 to 30 minutes.
