Kitchener Rutabaga Scallop Recipe
Ingredients
| Rutabaga | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 1 1/2 cups tart apple slices | ||
| Brown sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Butter | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Water | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Arrange half of the rutabaga slices in a greased 1-quart casserole.
Add half of apple slices, brown sugar, and salt; dot with half of butter.
Repeat and add water.
Cover casserole.
Bake at 350°F 30 minutes.
