Kitchen Sink Whole Wheat Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
Dash salt
1 cup quick-cooking oatmeal
1 cup margarine
2/3 cup granulated sugar replacement
1/3 cup granulated fructose
2 eggs
1/4 cup white grape juice
1/2 cup dried unsweetened fruit, chopped
1/3 cup granola cereal
Directions
Combine whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a sifter.
Sift together into a bowl.
Stir in oatmeal.
Set aside.
Using an electric mixer, cream margarine.
Gradually add granulated sugar replacement and fructose.
Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well after each addition.
Add flour mixture alternately with grape juice.
Beat until smooth.
Stir in dried fruit and granola.
Drop onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) until edges are brown and top feels firm.
Move to wire racks.
