GETTING READY
1. Cut all 5 varieties of mushrooms.
2. Slice the garlic cloves.
MAKING
3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry garlic and chili.
4. Add cut mushrooms and cook.
SERVING
5. Plate the mushrooms over the cous cous and serve.
