King Ranch Trail Drive Dish Recipe
Ingredients

| Stalk celery | 1 | |
| 1 can cream of mushroom soup | ||
| Cream of chicken soup | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Tomatoes | 1 Can (10oz), seasoned | |
| Onion | 1 , chopped | |
| Tortillas | 1 Dozen, broken | |
| 1/4 env. chili mix | ||
| Cheddar Cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
MAKING
2) In boiling water, cook the hen tender accompanied by celery and a small onion.
3) Drain the chicken, discard the celery and onion and set aside 2 cups of broth.
4) Remove the bones from the chicken and chop the meat.
5) Mix together the chopped onion, soups and tomatoes.
FINALIZING
6) In a casserole, layer the tortillas, add the chicken, and then, the soup mixture followed by a sprinkle of chili mix.
7) Pour the broth and sprinkle the cheese on the casserole dish.
8) Bake the dish for 45 minutes to an hour at 350 degrees.
