Ingredients

 Oil1 Tablespoon
 500g uncooked king prawns, peeled and deveined, tails intact
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), crushed
 Onions spring4 , finely chopped
 Snipped chives2 Tablespoon
 Black peppercorns1/2 Teaspoon, crushed
 2 tblspn Pernod
 Parsley sprig for garnish

Directions

In a large frying pan, heat the oil over moderate heat.
Add the prawns, garlic, spring onions, chives, pepper and Pernod.
Cook until prawns are no longer translucent, about 2 minutes, tossing frequently.
