King Prawns With Pernod Recipe
Ingredients
| Oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 500g uncooked king prawns, peeled and deveined, tails intact | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Onions spring | 4 , finely chopped | |
| Snipped chives | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Black peppercorns | 1/2 Teaspoon, crushed | |
| 2 tblspn Pernod | ||
| Parsley sprig for garnish | ||
Directions
In a large frying pan, heat the oil over moderate heat.
Add the prawns, garlic, spring onions, chives, pepper and Pernod.
Cook until prawns are no longer translucent, about 2 minutes, tossing frequently.
