King Prawn Dopiaza With Mango Powder Recipe

Ingredients
| 14-16 peeled cooked king prawns | ||
| Corn oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Onions | 4 , thinly sliced | |
| Large pinch of onion seeds | ||

| 1 teaspoon garlic pulp | ||
| 1 teaspoon ginger pulp | ||
| Chilli powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Turmeric | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Mango powder | 2 Teaspoon (Leveled) | |
| Coriander leaves | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Green chillies | 2 , sliced | |
| 2 firm tomatoes, quartered | ||
Directions
1. Rinse the prawns and pat dry with paper towels.
2. Heat the oil in a deep frying pan or a heavy-based saucepan over a moderate heat and cook the onions, stirring frequently, until golden brown.
3. Add the onion seeds and curry leaves, and stir-fry for about 2 minutes. Next add the garlic, ginger, chilli powder, salt, turmeric and mango powder and stir-fry for a further 3 minutes.
4. Add the prawns, green chillies, tomatoes and most of the fresh coriander. Lower the heat, cover the pan and cook gently for 5-7 minutes.
