King Crab Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients
| 6 English muffins, sliced and toasted | ||
| Butter | ||
| Crabmeat | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 teaspoon MSG | ||
| Bacon Slices | 24 , cooked | |
| Sharp cheddar cheese slice | 12 | |
Directions
Butter muffins.
Combine crabmeat, Worcestershire sauce and MSG.
Spread 2 tablespoons of mixture on each muffin half.
Criss-cross each with 2 slices bacon.
Top with cheese slice.
Broil until cheese is melted.
