 Alaskan king crab meat1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
 Freshly grated parmesan cheese1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Heavy cream3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
 Freshly ground black pepper1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Fresh fettuccine12 Ounce
 Chopped fresh parsley1 Tablespoon

In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Saute garlic for 2 minutes. Add crabmeat, cheese, cream, and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5-7 minutes. Keep warm.
Cook fettuccine in a large pot of boiling salted water until "al dente." Drain and toss with crab sauce. Garnish with parsley. Serve with additional Parmesan on the side.
