Ingredients

 Beef shanks or short ribs - 1-2 pounds
 Tomatoes1 Can (10oz)
 Carrots2
 Celery ribs3
 Onions2 Medium, chopped
 Potatoes2 Medium, chopped
 Water3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Peppercorns - 4-6 whole
 Beef bouillon - 5cubes
 Vegetables or its equivalent of your favorite frozen, fresh, or canned vegetables - 10-ounce package frozen mixed

Directions

MAKING
1. In a slow cooker combine all ingredients to mix well and cook with cover on Low for 12-14 hours or on High for 4-6 hours.

2. Serve as desired.
