Kim's Vegetable Beef Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Beef shanks or short ribs - 1-2 pounds | ||
| Tomatoes | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Carrots | 2 | |
| Celery ribs | 3 | |
| Onions | 2 Medium, chopped | |
| Potatoes | 2 Medium, chopped | |
| Water | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Peppercorns - 4-6 whole | ||
| Beef bouillon - 5cubes | ||
| Vegetables or its equivalent of your favorite frozen, fresh, or canned vegetables - 10-ounce package frozen mixed | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. In a slow cooker combine all ingredients to mix well and cook with cover on Low for 12-14 hours or on High for 4-6 hours.
SERVING
