Ingredients

 
4 country style pork ribs
 
Kimchi
 
1/2 onion(sliced)
 
moog (sliced)
 
Marinade Ingredients:
 
1/2 cup sour wine,
 
1/4 cup soy sauce
 
2 tbsp sesame oil
 
1 tbsp red chilli powder( coarse)
 
1 tbsp sugar
 
2 tbsp miso paste
 
3-4 cloves garlic(crushed)

Directions

In a deep pot, add the kimchi, stir in the onion and moog; simmer for about 1-1 1/2 hr.
Meanwhile marinate the pork. In a large bowl, add all the marinade ingredients, mix well and place the pork into the marinade for about an hour.
Place the marinated pork over the kimchi in the pot and cook covered for about 2 hours.
Remove the pork on a dish and stir the kimchi well and serve with the pork.
