1 small head red cabbage thinly sliced
1/2 cup apple juice
1 tablespoon sugar
3 tablespoons red-wine vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1 1-pound kielbasa, cut into 2-inch slices
Directions
1. Dice 1 apple. In 10-inch skillet over medium heat, in hot butter, cook onion until tender, stirring occasionally. Add cabbage, apple juice, sugar, vinegar, salt, and diced apple; heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 15 minutes.
