Kielbasa And Beans Recipe
Ingredients
| Bacon | 1/2 pound, sliced | |
| Kielbasa | 1 pound, halved | |
| Onion | 1 Large, chopped | |
| Sweet red pepper | 1 Medium, chopped | |
| Kidney beans | 2 Can (10oz), drained, rinsed | |
| Chicken broth | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pepper | 1 |
Directions
In a large skillet, cook bacon until crisp; remove to paper towel to drain.
Discard all but 1 tablespoon drippings; cook kielbasa in drippings until lightly browned.
Drain.
Add onion, red pepper, beans, broth and pepper.
Cover and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Crumble the bacon on top.
