Kids Play Dough Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup flour
1 Tbsp. oil
1 cup water
1/2 cup salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 to 1 tsp. food coloring
Directions
Combine ingredients in saucepan and heat, stirring constantly on medium heat.
As mixture thickens and forms a ball, beat hard with spoon.
Turn out on paper plate to cool.
Keep in plastic bag to keep fresh.
This dough will harden if molded and left to dry.
Can also be painted.
Kids can make ornaments by placing paper clips in back of dough object before drying.
