 Lambs kidneys, skinned, halved and cores removed 12-16

 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Coat the kidneys in the flour.
Melt the butter in a frying pan and add the bacon, onion, kidneys and sausages.
Fry gently for a few minutes and then add remaining flour.
Stir in the stock gradually and add mushrooms, tomato sauce, sherry and seasoning.
Bring to the boil and transfer to the Slo cooker.
Cook for the recommended time.
