| Oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Onions : 4 sliced | ||
| Tomato-puree : 2 tbsp | ||
| Turmeric powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Dhania powder : 1 tsp | ||
| Zeera | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cardamoms and cloves : 2-3 each | ||
| Cinnamon | 1 Inch | |
| Ginger-garlic paste : 2 tbsp | ||
| Dahi | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Salt and red chilli powder : to taste | ||

Directions
1. Prepare kidney into 1/2 pieces.
2. Fry chopped onions.
3. Add spices and fry for 10-15 minutes. Add dahi and tomato puree.
4. Add ginger-garlic paste mixed with water to make a gravy
5. Add kidney pieces for a little while (not too long or they will become hard).
6. Simmer and serve.
