Ingredients

 8 baby onions
 4 bacon slices, cut in half and rolled up
 4 lambs' kidneys, skinned, cored and halved
 4 chipolata sausages, halved
 Tomato puree1 Teaspoon
 Worcestershire sauce1 Teaspoon
 Oil1 Tablespoon
 Hot boiled rice
 Onion1 , finely chopped (Sauce)
 Butter/Margarine1 Tablespoon (Sauce)
 Tomato ketchup5/8 Cup (16 tbs) (Sauce)
 Honey2 Tablespoon (Sauce)
 Lemon juice2 Tablespoon (Sauce)
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

MAKING
1) Allow the onions to be cooked in boiling salted water for 4 minutes and drain the excess water.
2) Take skewers and thread the onions, bacon rolls, kidneys and sausages on to them.
3) Combine tomato puree, Worcestershire sauce and oil.
4) Apply this all over the kebabs and grill (broil) for about 10 minutes.
5) Baste with the oil mixture after tossing once.
6) To make the sauce, sauté the onion in the butter or margarine till translucent.
7) Add rest of the ingredients and allow boiling.
8) Cook for 5 minutes.

SERVING
9) Serve the kebabs with the sauce on rice.
