Kidney Beans with Sweet and Hot Red Peppers Recipe
Ingredients

| 1 sweet red pepper and 1 green pepper, seeded and diced | ||
| Onion | 1 Large, chopped | |
| One 19-ounce can kidney beans, drained and rinsed | ||
| Brown sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Crushed red pepper | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Hot cooked brown rice as an accompaniment | ||
Directions
Heat the oil in a medium-size skillet, and saute the sweet red and green peppers with the onion until they have softened.
Add all the remaining ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve with rice.
