1 lb lean ground turkey
 
¼ cup Dijon mustard
 
2 garlic cloves, minced
 
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
 
¼ cup mixed herbs (parsley and spinach)
 
½ cup reduced fat feta cheese (optional)

Directions

Mix all the burger ingredients together in a bowl.
Shape into burgers by hand.
Grill or broil the burgers.
Serve between slices of whole grain wheat bread.
