This recipe makes a great family dinner. And if you have any leftovers it makes a great sandwich the next day. Put a thin slice of cold meat loaf on toast, add lettuce and mayo and pack it in your lunch box.

Ingredients

 Ground turkey1 1/2 Pound
 Carrot1/2 , grated
 Zucchini1/2 , grated
 1/2 onion chopped fine
 1/3 cup of your favorite healthy barbecue sauce
 Whole wheat bread crumbs1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 egg, slightly beaten
 Garlic powder1/2 Teaspoon
 Sage1/2 Teaspoon, rubbed
 Dried thyme1/2 Teaspoon
 Sea salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Black pepper1/4 Teaspoon

Directions

1. Preheat over 375 degrees
2. Put all ingredients in one big bowl and mix well with a spoon or squish and smash
with your clean hands.
3. Spray or grease a loaf pan, put meat loaf mixture into the pan and smooth it with the back of your
spoon. Bake in the oven for 45 -50 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
