Recipe Story

I usually put this together near the end of the week. Healthy left-overs will allow you to put this dish together in no time. A great tip is to have your vegetables cleaned, cut and placed in a sealed container as soon as you get home from grocery shopping. This way,this recipe will be ready in no time for those hungry little ones or growing teenagers.

Ingredients

 -homemade nachos (instructions follow)
 -homemade salsa(instructions follow)
 -your preference of left-over cooked organic meat (chicken, hamburger, steak, port, sausage....)cut up in strips or small pieces.
 Peppers and onions1 To taste
 -shredded organic mozzarella cheese or any organic shredded cheese of your choice

Directions

1-Place 8 wraps in a stack, cut in triangles.Place on parchment paper or foil covered baking sheet. Brush with organic olive oil and seasonings of your choice.. Place in 400 degree oven for 10-15 minutes, until browned (voila)
2-To make salsa place 4 washed organic tomatoes, (remove skins and diced)in food processor. To this you can add 1 jalapeno pepper(cleaned and diced), 2 garlic cloves (chopped), 1 tbsp olive oil, handful of cilantro,1/2 diced red onion and whatever else you may desire. Process and there you have it.
3-Layer nacho chips in baking dish. Top with salsa and remaining ingredients, add cheese on top.
4-Bake in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes.
5-Serve immediately.
