Ingredients

 
1 cup (240 ml) Ketchup
 
2 tbs (30 ml) Carrot / Horseradish
 
4 tbs (60 ml) diced fennel or celery

Directions

Mix everything together and serve with your favorite cooked cold seafood (scallops, leftover fish, shrimp, crab claws, etc.).
