Greek Lentil Soup Recipe Video

Ingredients
Olive oil - 1 teaspoon
Onion - 2 tablespoons, chopped
Garlic - 1 clove, chopped
Red pepper flakes - a good pinch
Lentil soup - 1 can
Dried oregano - 1 tablespoon
Fresh baby spinach - 1 cup
Freshly ground black pepper - to taste
Feta cheese - for topping, crumbled
Pita chips - for topping
Directions
1) Heat up a pot over medium heat and add the olive oil.
2) Add onion, garlic and red pepper flakes to hot oil and saute for a while until tender.
3) Pour in the canned soup into the pot.
4) Add the oregano and baby spinach to the warm soup in the pot.
5) Cook the soup until all the spinach get wilted.
6) Cook for another 5 minutes and the soup is ready for serving.
7) Ladle the soup into a nice big bowl and sprinkle freshly ground black pepper, crumbled feta cheese and pita chips to serve.
