Directions

Mould the mixture into oval shapes half the size of a small saucer, arrange on a serving platter and decorate with fresh mint.
This dish is generally served with a small jug of olive oil for pouring and is accompanied by a peeled and quar- tered raw onion, Hot Pepper and Onion Paste or Meat and Nut Filling, and fresh bread.
It may also be eaten plain or spread thickly on a slice of bread as an open sandwich.
