Khus Paneer Bites Recipe
Ingredients
| Skim milk | 400 Gram | |
| Poppy seeds | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Some chaat masala to sprinkle | ||
| Coriander | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped (Green paste:) | |
| 1/2 cup chopped pudina | ||
| Onion 1, chopped | ||
| Green chillies | 4 (Green paste:) | |
| Hing | 1 Pinch (Green paste:) | |
| Jeera | 1/2 Teaspoon (Green paste:) | |
| Amchoor | 2 Teaspoon (Green paste:) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon (Green paste:) | |
Directions
1. Prepare the green paste by grinding all ingredients together.
2. Make a slit halfway in the paneer slice and fill some paste in between. Spread some paste all over the paneer pieces.
3. Press over khus khus spread out in a plate. Turn the paneer pieces and coat the other side of the paneer pieces also with some khus khus.
4. Arrange the paneer pieces on a greased grill tray. Put under a hot grill for 15 minutes at about 220° C.
