Khoya Balls Recipe
Ingredients
| Khoya | 125 Gram | |
| Flour | 25 Gram | |
| Semolina | 25 Gram | |
| Soda-bicarb, half a pinch | ||
| Cardamom seeds | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Nutmeg, 1 big pinch | ||
| Vanaspati for frying | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
Add enough water to make a soft dough.
Make balls about 2/3 inch in diameter.
Fry till brown in hot vanaspati.
