 Khoya125 Gram
 Flour25 Gram
 Semolina25 Gram
 Soda-bicarb, half a pinch
 Cardamom seeds1/2 Teaspoon
 Nutmeg, 1 big pinch
 Vanaspati for frying
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
Add enough water to make a soft dough.
Make balls about 2/3 inch in diameter.
Fry till brown in hot vanaspati.
