Khichu Recipe

Ingredients
Rice flour 1 cup
Water 1 1/2 cups
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 /4 tsp
Green coriander chopped 1 tbsp
Asafoetida 1/4 tsp
Green chillies, chopped 1/2 tsp
Soda bicarbonate 1/4 tsp
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Salt as per taste
Directions
Boil the water in a pan.
Add asafoetida, red chilli powder, green chillies, cumin seeds and salt.
Mix well.
Add the rice flour and soda bicarbonate.
Stir in a vigorous manner with a wooden spoon to avoid lumps.
Cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes.
Add the oil and green coriander.
Mix well.
