 2 cups plain, low-fat yogurt
 Toasted ground cumin1/2 Teaspoon
 Ground cumin1/2 Teaspoon
 Hot chili powder1/4 Teaspoon
 1 small green chili pepper, seeded and minced (optional)
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Sugar1 Teaspoon
 Salt To Taste
 Cucumber3/4 Cup (16 tbs), peeled
 Chopped1 1/2 Tablespoon
 Pinch each of toasted ground cumin and hot chili powder, to garnish

Directions

Beat the yogurt, spices, sugar, and salt in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
Stir in the cucumber and mint, saving some mint.
Sprinkle with a pinch each of toasted ground cumin and chili powder and the remaining mint.
Serve chilled.
